I just saw an Indian movie titled English Vinglish yesterday. Beside 3 Idiots, this is Indian movie that i really enjoy to watch. The story is about an ordinary housewife named Shashi Godbole who is often underestimated by other family member. Her husband always think that she is just an ordinary woman who can’t do anything else except making and selling laddoos (Indian food). Meanwhile, her daughter always underestimated her, because of her poor English. One day, she has to attend her niece’s wedding in the United States of America. Because all of her family member have been busy, Sashi must go to America by herself. Her family will join her later when the wedding closes in. In America, she has to experience some unpleasant experience just because of her poor English. Since that incident, she become encouraged to learn English and want to prove that she can also do something great in her life.

Yesterday, i just watched new Disney’s animation movie titled Wreck It Ralph . This movie set in the world of arcade game, where every characters in the arcade can interact each other when the games are not played by human. This interaction of course involve a lot of the characters from various video game titles. From all characters who appears, some of them are fiction character, which means that the characters were never exist before this movie released. But some of them are real characters that appear in several real video game titles. Of course, the film will be weird and boring if we don’t see some video game characters we recognized in the movie. That makes the director of the movie pick several characters from famous video games to be cameo in this film. For me, it’s really fun to see some legendary characters in the movie, because it made me reminisce with my childhood when i play those games. Ketika beberapa negara sedang menyambut Hari Valentine, masyarakat Tiongkok sedang sibuk mempersiapkan hari terpenting dalam setahun, yaitu Tahun Baru Imlek ( Chinese New Year ). Di China, hari ini juga dikenal sebagai Festival Musim Semi 春节 , karena bertepatan dengan dimulainya musim semi. Istilah turunannya adalah 过年 , yang artinya adalah “melewati tahun”. Saya sendiri sebagai keturunan Tionghoa, walaupun tinggal di Indonesia, saya juga merayakan perayaan tahun baru Imlek setiap tahunnya. Tahun baru Imlek adalah momen dimana kami biasanya berkumpul bersama keluarga. Di rumah saya, saya juga memiliki tradisi untuk berdoa kepada leluhur dengan mempersembahkan makanan dan buah-buahan di atas meja. Ini adalah bentuk penghormatan kepada leluhur kami. Selain kedua kegiatan tersebut, masih banyak tradisi yang biasa kami lakukan saat Imlek. Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, banyak orang yang mulai meninggalkan tradisi ini. While browsing Facebook, my attention was immediately caught by photos from   Jessica Nigri's Facebook page . Jessica Nigri recently released a photoshoot inspired by a character from   Assassin’s Creed . This is actually a reimagined version of the character, as the original one in the game is male. However, Jessica successfully brought the costume to life and made it look amazing on her. She looks stunning and confident in this cosplay. All of the photos were taken by   Larry Alan . Final Fantasy VIII is one of my favorite Final Fantasy. Even if it’s not Final Fantasy with the best gameplay, I love all the characters in Final Fantasy VIII. Compared to other Final Fantasy series, all the characters look more realistic and have beautifully designed clothes. One of my favorite characters in Final Fantasy VIII is Rinoa Heartilly, the female protagonist and the playable character in the game. One of her characteristics is her blue duster sweater and her angel wing trademark in the back. Because of the beautifully designed clothes, Rinoa Heartilly is one of the most used game characters for Cosplay. From all Rinoa Heartilly Cosplay I’ve seen, here are the best of them.

 If you now at least 30 years old, then i believe you had experienced the first generation video game console, NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). During my childhood, there is no advanced graphic technology like now. The video game during my childhood were very simple. But that didn’t make the children in that time couldn’t enjoy the game. Many children in 90s would be reluctant to leave their video games even just to eat and take a shower. With a view to reminisce with legendary titles in that era, today i write to you 50 Most Amazing Video Games during My Childhood. I just watched Rurouni Kenshin live action movie produced by Warner Brothers. For me this is the best anime / video games adaptation movie so far, even couldn’t be said special. I always thought that it’s alway better if anime adaptation movie is made by people from the anime came from, Japan. I was very disappointed when watching Dragon Ball : Evolution. The Last Airbender was better, but i didn’t feel too satisfied with this film. Fortunately, Rurouni Kenshin is different. It’s . Not only it’s not far from the anime version, but the story is enjoyable even for people who doesn’t know about Rurouni Kenshin at all. The selection of the characters is good because it’s similar to the characters in the anime version.
